After one year off, the North/South Super Late Model Challenge returns to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday as a combination event between the ARCA/CRA Super Series, Southern Super Series and CARS Super Late Model Tour. This event has historically drawn strong fields for 100 laps around the historic oval.

Hunter Robbins and the Ronnie Sanders Racing crew didn’t get very much practice time on Friday afternoon after dealing with a variety of issues with a new race car. That didn’t stop the Alabama driver from setting fast time in Southern Super Series qualifying for the Georgia Spring Nationals at Crisp Motorsports Park.
At times during the Southern Super Series portion of the Georgia Spring Nationals, the lead was about the last place drivers wanted to be. Three separate incidents involving a race leader occurred within a 25 lap stretch during Saturday night’s race, with nights ending prematurely for Stephen Nasse and Kyle Plott.
