Garcia Looks for Crowing Super Late Model Glory at the 300

ree

There is a lot that Monroe, Georgia driver Jake Garcia has done behind the wheel of a Super Late Model.  The 2019 Snowball Derby runner-up followed up his rookie run in the race with an ASA Southern Super Series title in 2021.

Garcia has won five times overall in the series, including the All American 400 last fall and pre-courios to the World Crown, a 125-lap sprint race at Cordele Motor Speedway last month.  With his most recent run in Georgia being a victory, there is no shortage of eagerness for the World Crown 300 this weekend.

“I’m excited to compete in my first World Crown 300,” said Garcia, who will be doing double duty with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series on Friday at Martinsville.

“Cordele is one of the best late model tracks in the country.  We already have one win there this year, so I’m heading into the weekend with confidence in our team.”

If you look at the track record, you can see the trend.  Garcia has three wins at Cordele and several strong runs at the traditional big event, SpeedFest.  Now, with the return of the World Crown to the Georgia track, he wants to grab another crown jewel.

Garica will again pilot the FR8Racing mount that he took to victory at Cordele on September 6th.
