The much-anticipated Rattler Weekend is now just around the corner, with cars on track at South Alabama Speedway on May 22-24. Speed51 will broadcast the marquee event, headlined by the Rattler 250 to finally kick off the Southern Super Series season.
Speed51 will provide a broadcast of Sunday’s Rattler 250, as well as Saturday’s racing action headlined by the Pro Late Model Rattler 125. Both Saturday and Sunday’s broadcast will be available for free to Speed51 monthly and yearly subscribers.
Saturday’s broadcast will feature the Pro Late Model 125, as well as feature races for the Mini Cups, Modifieds and Roadrunners.
Sunday will feature the start of the 2020 Southern Super Series season, the 44th Annual Rattler 250. Top Super Late Model racers from across the country will be at South Alabama Sunday competing for the major win and a meeting with the signature rattlesnake in victory lane.
“It’s been a long time coming in this trying year, but finally the Rattler Weekend is upon us,” said Speed51 Operations Manager Mark Keeler. “I know everyone at South Alabama Speedway has been hard at work to make this event a reality, and we can’t wait to bring it to the fans here at Speed51.”
The broadcast will be available at no extra cost to Speed51 premium subscribers. Subscribers also gain access to exclusive on-demand content, both from the Rattler and countless short track racing events across the United States.
