FIVE FLAGS SLM RACERS COULD WIN $1,000 BY SINGING KARAOKE

Before the Rowdy Energy Twin 100s kick off at Five Flags Speedway (FL) on June 26-27, racers and teams are invited to the newest Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location for a night of food and fun Thursday, June 25. Doing so might even be worth an extra $1,000 for one racer.

Along with a night of food and entertainment for racers at the new location in Cantonment just three miles from the speedway, Thursday night is karaoke night at the new Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location.

After open practice for teams on Thursday, teams are invited to Beef ‘O’ Brady’s to enjoy the evening’s after-party ahead of the start of the Blizzard Series doubleheader. Furthermore, a driver who accepts the Karaoke Challenge will be eligible for a $1,000 bonus courtesy of Tracy Goodson, who operates the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Pensacola franchises.

If a driver who accepted the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Karaoke Challenge wins Friday night’s feature as part of the Rowdy Energy Twin 100s, $1,000 will be added to their winnings.

In order to be eligible for the Friday night $1,000 bonus, a driver only needs to sing one song in its entirety as part of karaoke night at Beef ‘O’ Brady’s. Whether they are the next Marty Robbins, or they can’t carry a tune in a bucket, only completion of the song matters for the $1,000 bonus opportunity.

Five Flags Speedway promoter Tim Bryant expects a fun evening before a busy weekend of racing, and hopes racers will come out both for the entertainment and a shot at the bonus money.

“Number one, it’s going to be a lot of fun,” Bryant said. “I’d love for most of the teams to go down there Thursday and enjoy an entertaining evening. Anyone who is planning on winning Friday night would be crazy not to show up on Thursday and give yourself a shot at an extra $1,000.”

The Rowdy Energy Twin 100s weekend already promises to be an exciting one, and could be worth a lot of money for racers. It was already possible for one lucky driver to win $35,000 over the course of the weekend through various Southern Super Series and sponsor bonuses. A racer can now add an extra $1,000 just for singing a song Thursday night.

The new Beef ‘O’ Brady’s location is found at 1 New Market Street in Cantonment, just off 9 Mile Road.
